矿用圆环链条作为煤矿刮板输送机的牵引构件,它的质量和性能优劣将直接影响设备的工作效率和煤矿的煤炭产量。矿用圆环链条是易耗物品,使用过程中容易磨损和损坏。一旦出现断裂、损坏就会影响工作效率。 因此,矿用圆环链条除要选用好的产品,还要掌握链条的正确使用以及日常维护保养。 圆环链疲劳断裂的过程分为3个阶段,包括裂纹萌生.裂纹扩展和裂纹断裂。圆环链在拉一拉脉动负荷作用下,先在这一应力集中处产生微裂坟,这些微裂纹在周期性和随机性的脉动负荷作用下而继续扩展。当裂纹扩展到临界长度时.导致圆环链突然断裂。应力越高,过程进行越快。这个过程与圆环链的显微组织和缺陷、受力情况密切相关。
由于圆环链在扁部同时承受拉应力和剪应力作用.此处产生的塑性变形程度.因而微裂纹容易日环链的脚部萌生,而圆环链表面的工艺伤痕加剧了该表面处的应力集中。圆环链的肩部处的断裂具有好切断裂特征,脚部内侧在剪切力作用下产生微裂纹,橄裂纹发生扩展导致液劳断裂.断口其有裂纹源、放射区和剪切唇。
