撞轨器主要应用于铁路长钢轨在进行无缝线路联合接头焊接施工、无缝线路应力放散时,用“钢轨人力滑车”撞击撞轨器,使长钢轨进行纵向移动,调整轨缝作业的一种辅助机具。
撞轨器的结构
撞轨器由主体、垫板、斜铁及挂钩等结构件组成,其中主体、垫板、斜铁均由高强度合金钢整体锻造而成,并经调质热处理,因而,撞轨器整体强度高。
撞轨器的使用方法
1、将撞轨器主体安放在待移动的长钢轨轨头上,两块斜铁放入主体斜铁槽中,并用大锤打紧斜铁(要求戴护目镜)。
2、将垫板安放在钢轨轨头上,使其与撞轨器主体平面密贴,并将垫板挂钩连接在撞轨器主体上。
3、用“钢轨人力滑车”往返撞冲垫板后平面,则长轨条缓慢移动。
4、当钢轨撞击到位后,摘开垫板挂钩,从钢轨上取下垫板,并用大锤打击撞轨器主体斜铁槽大端平面上门口,从钢轨上取下斜铁及主体,撞轨结束。
