轨距标定器由轨距测量部分,水平(测量部分组成。轨距测量部分是通过活动、固定测量块以量规为轨距1435mm点的长度基准,通过调整手轮可实现1410mm至1470mm的调整,调整中在轨距标尺中可清晰读取对应位置,锁定位置使用轨距标尺的锁定螺钉。测量采用齿轮和链条升降机构,操作时将手轮拉出后旋转手轮,即可调整测块的相对位置。调整到低点为水平零位,测块的调整行程为0mm至185mm。调整中在标尺中可清晰读取对应位置,锁定位置使用标尺的锁定螺钉。本检定器活动机构采用进口导轨保证了移动过程相对精度,全部测块和结构部件均。
轨距标定器主要技术指标
1、准确度等级:I级;
2、轨距测量范围:(1410~1470)mm;
3、水平测量范围:(0~185)mm;
4、示值误差:±0.06mm;
5、工作量规长度:1435±0.20mm;
6、轨距示值误差:零位(1435)允许误差±0.04mm,非零位允许误差±0.06mm。
