食用菌灭菌器厂家介绍羊肚菌灭菌锅、免锅炉食用菌灭菌锅的灭菌过程:
1、关闭所有阀,设定定时器于所需灭菌时间(约15~30分钟)。
2、打开电源开关,外锅开始加热加压(此时电源开关及加热灯亮,外锅压力表开始升压)。
3、使用前打开排气阀、消毒阀、干燥阀及给水阀,加RO水或蒸馏水至玻璃管绿线处。
4、将待灭物放入内锅,关紧锅门。
5、待外锅压力表达1.2 kg/cm2时,打开消毒阀。1、待内锅压力表达1.2 kg/cm2,温度上升至121℃ 时,打开定时开关(定时开关灯亮),自动计时约15~30分钟后鸣叫并关闭电源(加热灯熄灭,完成灯亮),灭菌完成。
