COC性能特点:
1、耐磨性:耐磨性(跟分子量成正比)居塑料之冠,并超过某些金属(砂浆磨耗测试装置)
2、耐冲击性:分子量达到150万时 值;
3、自润滑性:摩擦系数0.05~0.11,在水为润滑剂的情况下为PA6的1/2;在无润滑剂的情况下仅次于PTFE;
4、耐化学药品性:20℃~80℃能耐80多种溶剂,而且无任何反常现象;
5、冲击能吸收性:冲击能吸收值在所有塑料中 ,因而噪声阻尼性很好;
6、极低的饱和吸水率:0.01% 7、超低温使用:能在-80℃的环境下长期使用 UHMW-PE是一种另人惊异的工程塑料。具有可与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)相匹敌。
