电捕焦油器厂家的除尘原理
根据电离理论,如在两金属板间保持一个很强的电场,使含有粉尘和焦油雾的煤气通过两金属板间,气体分子会被电离,产生带有正电荷和负电荷的离子,于是正 离子向阴极移动,负离子向阳极移动,当电极上电位差增加时,电场强度随着,离子和电子移动速度及动能也随着增大,当具有足够大的速度和动能的离子和电子与中性分子碰撞时,将产生新的离子,电位差很高时,在电场中会急剧的发生碰撞电离,使两极之间大量气体分子均发生电离作用,离子与焦油雾滴的质点相遇 而附于其上,使质点也带有电荷,即可被电极吸引而从气体中除去。带正电的离子移向的电极,带负电的焦油颗粒则移向电极管壁,在这里形成大颗粒雾滴,自 流至焦油收集管进行收集。
