托辊厂家的托辊是带式输送机中支撑输送带及物料的重要部件,合理的托辊直径和布置间距能有效的减少带式输送机运行过程输送带的运行阻力,并使输送带的垂度保持在规定的技术范围内,从而确保输送带的正常运行。托辊厂家直径与布置间距大小主要由带宽、带速以及托辊的承载能力决定。设计中一般以托辊轴寿命、托辊轴的挠度和转角以及托辊间输送带的悬度等参数为校核依据,来确定托辊直径与布置间距,同时要避免发生共振。如果输送带的自振频率与该强迫振动频率相差较小,就会发生共振。这将破坏输送带的平稳运行,严重时甚至直接导致停机维护。当输送带的固定频率的值与托辊的激励频率的值不接近或相隔一定大时,既可以避免输送带的共振。由于带式输送机输送带的高阶固有频率比托辊的激励频率高得多,因此只要考虑输送带的基频即可。
